Marco A. Rivera, 35, and Denise L. Berner, 54, both of 12102 Holly Drive, Lakeview, each were issued summonses for domestic violence related to an incident early Friday morning.
Deputies responded to their residence about 12:50 a.m. after Berner reported being in an argument with Rivera. Deputies spoke with the couple and they each said nothing physical had occurred and agreed to go to sleep for the night.

Drug arrest reported at Old Field Beach
Quentin L. Austin, 37, of Kenton, was charged with possession of cocaine related to an incident Thursday evening at Old Field Beach, 11252 N. State Route 235, Lakeview.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office on patrol in the area about 8 p.m. observed an eight to 10-year-old child apparently trying to hide from them in a vehicle in the parking lot. Deputies said they did not immediately see any adults with the child, so they went to talk with the boy. The boy’s mother then came from the beach area and spoke with deputies, and Austin arrived shortly thereafter as well.
Deputies observed an odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and open containers of alcohol in the center console. An Ohio Department of Natural Resources officer also arrived on the scene, and a probable cause search was conducted of the vehicle.
While conducting the search, deputies said Austin grabbed at a pair of socks that were in the glove box of the vehicle. Upon inspecting the socks, deputies found a baggie with a white powder substance that field-tested positive as cocaine. Deputies also found a folded dollar bill containing a white powder substance inside the vehicle.
Austin reportedly apologized for his actions and for putting his son in danger. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Logan County Jail. He also is on felony probation with the Hardin County Adult Parole Authority, deputies said.
