DeGraff’s Buck Purtee and Jason Purtee highlighted racing action Saturday at Shady Bowl Speedway as the brothers both recorded feature wins.

Buck Purtee won the annual Neal Sceva Memorial, while Jason Purtee claimed the pure stocks feature.
The Neal Sceva Memorial honors the Urbana resident who posted over 600 feature wins during his stellar career. It was also a Relay for Life fundraiser night. The Vintage Auto Racing Club cars were on display and also competed in a heat race and feature.
This year’s Sceva Memorial was for the street stocks. Buck Purtee battled his way to the front of the pack early in the race and held on for the win and the $1,051 prize.
