Chester M. Mullet, 59 years and 6 months, of Belle Center, passed away Wednesday afternoon, June 24, 2020, at his home.
Chester was born in Hazleton, Iowa, on Dec. 24, 1960, to Marvin Ray and Wilma (Hershberger) Mullet. He was preceded in death by his mother Wilma and a granddaughter Arika Danelle Lambright.
Chester is survived by his wife, Miriam V. (Mast) Mullet, whom he married on April 29, 1982. He is also survived by father and step-mother, Marvin Ray and Kathryn Mullet of Bonduel, Wis.; children: Laura Ann (Jeremy) Stahl of Mt. Vernon, S.D., Marilyn (Kevin) Hochstetler of Salem, Ind., Laverne Mullet at home, Matthew (Laura) Mullet of Belle Center, Lucinda (Michael) Lambright of Ligonier, Ind., Rosetta (Marlin) Yoder and Deborah Mullet, both of Dundee, Nelson Mullet at home, Norma Mullet of Ligonier, Ind., Katie Marie Mullet and Marlin Jay Mullet, both at home; three granddaughters and a grandson; four brothers and five sisters.
Chester was a member of the Belle Center Amish Church.
Visitations for Chester will be Thursday, June 25, and Friday, June 26, at the Philip Miller residence, 9220 County Road 101, Belle Center, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Bishop Jerald Bontrager will officiate the funeral service at 9 a.m. Saturday, June 27, at the Steven Coblentz residence, 7443 County Road 49, Belle Center. Burial will be in the Belle Center Amish Cemetery.
