Calvary Christian School celebrates the Class of 2020 in a commencement ceremony planned for 5 p.m. Friday, May 22, at Calvary Fields.
School officials have worked with the Logan County Health District to develop a plan to maintain social distancing during the ceremony.
Graduates will be seated under the pavilion at their own table during the ceremony. Masks for students and families will be optional.
A portable sound system and FM transmitter will be on site so guests will be able to hear the ceremony.
Immediate family members of graduates will have the choice of being assigned a space to sit up front outside of their vehicles or they can opt for parking spot in the first row while sitting inside their vehicles. If they decide to sit up front, they should take a chair.
Families are asked to maintain 6 feet of space from other families.
Non-immediate family members of graduates are also invited to attend, but are asked to stay inside their vehicles.
Pending the successful completion of requirements, the following students are set to graduate:
Chris Carroll, Naomi Cook, Ethan Durnell, Gabe LeCrone, Daniel Miller, Chris Myers, Emily Moon, Mataya Penhorwood, Ben Printz, Garrett Reinhard, Chloe Reynolds, Thomas Rorrer, Michael Smithers, Amber Wenger, Gavin Wish and Ellie Young.
