Members of the Class of 2026 are getting a jump start on their high school careers.
Eighth-graders have spent the last few days touring classrooms to learn about the many elective courses offered at Bellefontaine High School, visiting the following areas: business, family and consumer science, tech, physical education/health, art and world language.

Chieftain Leaders walked the incoming freshmen around the BHS campus each morning. The eighth-graders then interacted with teachers and students in each elective course.
The hands-on experience is expected to help make the transition easier from middle school to high school.
Eighth-graders recently started filling out their freshman class schedule.
