Benjamin Logan’s girls basketball team has been building some positive momentum of late, but that was halted by a strong London team Tuesday.
The visiting Red Raiders dominated from the start to roll to a 64-26 victory in a Central Buckeye Conference crossover game.
Ben Logan falls to 6-10 on the season and the Red Raiders improve to 11-6.
London raced out to a 15-6 lead after the first quarter and went on a 20-9 run in the second quarter. That vaulted the Red Raiders to a 35-15 halftime lead.
The second half saw London continue to dominate as it outscored Ben Logan 29-11 over the final two quarters.
Kayla Horney paced the Raiders with seven points, Peyton Derr and Lynzee Cronkleton each had six points and Savannah Pavoni chipped in five points.
Ben Logan hosts Urbana on Saturday for a CBC Mad River division game.
