Bellefontaine’s athletic department has updated its ticket information after new orders were given from the governor’s office and the Ohio Department of Health on Wednesday.
AcuSport Stadium and the BHS gymnasium will only operate at 15 percent capacity this fall. The Central Buckeye Conference had originally voted on 20 percent capacity a few weeks ago, but these new orders from the state are lowering attendance even more.
With the new attendance guidelines, AcuSport Stadium will now have just 600 seats available and the gymnasium will have 300 seats available.
Due to these seating restrictions, Friday night football tickets will be very limited. BHS will be offering two tickets to football parents, marching band parents and cheerleader parents. The opposing team’s football parents and cheerleader parents will also be offered two tickets, as well as BHS football, cheerleading, band and staff families.
Those sets of tickets will be offered to each group first with a special one-time passcode to unlock their sales starting on Monday at 8 a.m. and Wednesday at 11:59 a.m.
On Wednesday of each week at noon, Bellefontaine High School will sell the remaining tickets to the public on a first-come, first-serve basis. Anyone attempting to purchase tickets can do so by going to https://bellefontaineathletics.com/bhs-ticket-box-office/
