Bellefontaine’s girls and boys bowling teams both picked up wins over visiting London on Tuesday in Central Buckeye Conference action at T-P Lanes.
The Lady Chieftains dominated the Red Raiders 2,215-1,618.
Lindsey Heminger led BHS with games of 177 and 191 for a 368 series, Brynn Noffsinger rolled games of 156 and 171 for a 327 series, Abby Bailey had games of 165 and 146 for a 311 series and Kayla Watkins added a 171 game and a 307 series.
Bellefontaine’s boys dropped London 2,606-2,443.
Isaiah Henry paced the Chiefs with games of 166 and 222 for a 388 series, Beau Salyer had games of 171 and 210 for a 381 series and Ian Salyer had games of 212 and 164 for a 376 series.
In junior varsity action, Bellefontaine beat London 2,313-1,597.
Spencer Lane led the Chiefs with games of 257 and 147 for a 404 series, Drake Argabright added games of 213 and 173 for a 386 series an Landon Gibbs chipped in a 191 game.
Bellefontaine hosts Northwestern today at T-P Lanes for another CBC matchup.
Riverside girls beat Kenton
Riverside’s girls bowling team defeated visiting Kenton 2,021-1,935 on Tuesday in a non-league match at T-P Lanes.
Ashley Russell led the Pirates with a 205 game and a 375 series, while Rayce Yelton added a 187 game.
Kenton beat Riverside’s boys team 2,137-2,042. Bailey Gammell sparked the Pirates with a 202 game and a 385 series and Zander Crouch added a 179 game.
Riverside bowls again Saturday at the Westerville Central Invitational.
