Two defendants entered guilty pleas and three sentences were imposed during hearings last week in Logan County Common Pleas Court, court personnel report.
On Friday, Brittiny Swincher, 28, of Lakeview, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs, vandalism, theft and criminal trespass and admitted a community control violation and was immediately sentenced to complete the rehabilitation program at the West Central Community Based Correctional Facility and placed on five years community control.
She and Christopher Adkins, 27, who also pleaded guilty Monday as reported in Tuesday’s Bellefontaine Examiner, were involved in a Feb. 15 incident in which they were found disoriented and confused inside a room at the Comfort Inn, 260 Northview Drive, they had destroyed.
They were found in possession of nearly an ounce of methamphetamines.

• Joseph Haas, 57, of Russells Point, pleaded guilty Wednesday to felonious assault. He was charged in connection with a September 13 incident in which he severely beat his former girlfriend, Danielle Smith, at her Russells Point residence.
Sentencing was set for May 9.
AUBREY |
• Darnell Aubrey, 33, of Lakeview, was sentenced Thursday to 15 months in prison for two counts of domestic violence — one a felony and the other a misdemeanor.
He was arrested after an Aug. 27 report from Shasta Alexander and her 15-year-old daughter that he choked and hit them and broke numerous items inside the residence after returning to their 308 W. High Ave. residence intoxicated and angry about a foot injury he had sustained.

• David Henry, 32, of Belle Center, was sentenced Wednesday to nine months in the Logan County Jail for misdemeanor criminal damaging and assault convictions.
He originally was charged with felonious assault for severely beating Leonard Epps Jr. in a fight at 209 E. Buckeye St. and several other charges in connection with a domestic incident involving Brittany Durm at 400 Lincoln Blvd., Apt. 52, Russells Point.
