LOGAN — Now that winter has at last made an appearance, it seems to have finally arrived for good in Ohio, and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is seeking to encourage eager ice anglers to be cautious and aware of the conditions before ice fishing on Ohio waters.
