11-run 5th inning propels Arrows past BHS

Tecumseh used a fifth-inning to rally to beat Bellefontaine 17-10 on Wednesday in Central Buckeye Conference baseball action.

The Arrows improve to 8-5, 3-5. The Chieftains fall to 2-9, 1-7.

The Arrows led 6-3 after three innings, but the Chieftains drove in five runs in the bottom of the fourth to take an 8-6 lead.

Tecumseh responded with an 11-run explosion in the top of the fifth inning to grab a 17-8 lead.

Bellefontaine managed to score two more runs in the bottom of the sixth, but could not get any closer.
