Calvary Christian beats Tigers to improve to 14-0

Calvary Christian’s high school soccer team battled past Jackson Center for a 3-1 victory on Saturday to remain unbeaten at 14-0 this season.

The Spartans had a 2-0 halftime lead with goals from Daniel Wilt and Jon Salmonowicz.

In the second half, Tyler Reinhard added another goal for the Spartans at the 42-minute mark to make it a 3-0 lead.

Tyler Reinhard and Jon Salmonowicz each added one assist on the night. 

Jackson Center’s Gavin Booser scored his team’s only goal at the 67-minute mark.
