Riverside, Perry put perfect NWCC records on the line

As the regular season whittles down, each win becomes bigger while a loss can be tough to overcome.

Riverside faces one of those key late-season games Friday when has its first real challenge in the Northwest Central Conference at home against Lima Perry at 7 p.m.

The Pirates and Commodores are currently tied for first in the NWCC standings with Lehman Catholic at 4-0.

“We know that each conference game is important in deciding the league title,” said RHS head coach Tim McGill. “But at the same time, our focus is always on the task at hand.”
