The Chieftains improve to 3-2-1 overall and 2-0-1 in the league. The Raiders fall to 2-5, 0-3.

“It was a game we were able to control from start to finish, but didn’t convert on the many chances we had,” said BHS head coach Matt Price. “Our defenders of Daja Wilson, Angelica Edu, Lindsey Heminger and Zoe Price played well and really limited their chances.”

Caitlyn Shumaker scored Bellefontaine’s only goal of the first half to give her team a 1-0 lead at the break.
