After a 1-3 start to the season, the Chiefs have rebounded with three straight victories. The latest came Saturday with a 53-46 win over visiting Lima Shawnee in non-league play.

Bellefontaine, which was coming off a big league win over Kenton Ridge on Friday, improves to 4-4.

“It feels like the roles on the team are being more defined and our guys are accepting their roles,” said Bellefontaine head coach Henry Stolly of his team’s three-game winning streak. “We are getting contributions from a lot of different guys.”
