WestLiberty-Salem playoff tickets on sale

West Liberty-Salem football presale playoff tickets for Friday’s game against Cincinnati Summit Country Day are currently for sale in the high school office, Hair Kare N’ Tan and McCulla Sew & Vac in West Liberty.

Presale tickets, at a cost of $7, can be purchased until noon Friday. All tickets at the gate are $9.

Friday’s game kicks off at 7:30 p.m. at Kettering Fairmont High School.

Local soccer players compete in all-star game

Tristan Miller of Benjamin Logan, Dylan Cline and Brandon Gillen of Indian Lake and Nick Heydinger and Matt Baughman of Bellefontaine competed in the Miami Valley All-Star game for the North squad Sunday night at Alter High School.  

The South won the game 4-1. J.T. Rutheford of Northwestern scored the lone North goal.
