Track’s pace record broken on final night of racing

Chris Short, who has been involved in harness racing for 40 years, knows a good horse when he sees one. He has known for a while that he has a special one in Spill The Beans, and showed off the horse for the Logan County Fair crowd Wednesday.

Area lifters compete in Toledo meet

The Elite Barbell Club, which is comprised of area lifters, recently competed at the WABDL Great Lakes Regional bench press and dead lift championships in Toledo. The team finished second and had seven lifters qualify for the WABDL world championships in Las Vegas.
