Stapleton claims Raymond Memorial, DeGraff’s Eaton gets feature win

Shady Bowl Speedy outlasted the heavy rains that delayed action for an hour Saturday and treated fans to the Raymond Memorial, a 67-lap modified feature in honor of local race Lee Raymond. DeGraff’s Terry Eaton Jr. also came away with a feature win to highlight the local drivers.

The Bellefontaine III Exchange Club baseball team won this year’s Logan County Pony League tournament. Exchange Club beat Washington I twice in the finals to win the championship. Hodge competes in Grand Prix Feminin event

Zanesfield Petanque Club member Shannon Hodge played in the Grand Prix Feminin in July. This was part of the 55th Mondial La Marseillaise a Petanque, the largest petanque event in the world.
