Huntsville wins T-ball title
Huntsville I Zimmerman Realty Kyle Springs agent recently won the Logan County T-ball championship with a undefeated season. Keith’s Kuts and Kurls recently won the West Liberty T-ball tournament championship. A & E Camping wins tourney game
A & E Camping edged Logan County Cooperative 6-5 in a recent city Farm League tournament game.
Offensively for A & E Camping, Gavin Bright hit a double and scored two runs.
Brandon Moon, J.T. Mundy and Gunner Green combined for seven strikeouts on the pitching mound.
Zanesfield I claims championship
Zanesfield I Alexander Concrete recently completed an undefeated season by defeating Huntsville II 18-17 to win the Logan County coach pitch tournament.
Everyone on offense for Zanesfield I had two hits or more. Huntsville II scored nine runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to trail by one, but Zanesfield I was able to hang on for the win.
Huntsville II takes third in tourney
Huntsville II Michael Electric finished third in the Logan County T-ball tournament on Sunday after losing 19-17 to Huntsville I. Michael Electric then bounced back Monday to defeat Huntsville III 24-15.
On Sunday, Griffin Schaub had a triple to spark Huntsville II with Matthew Culp, Carson Clary and Tyler Tidwell each hitting doubles.
In the win over Huntsville III, Tyler Tidwell powered Michael Electric with a home run, a triple and a double. Christopher Timms added two doubles, Culp had a triple and a double, while Luke Schaub, Brody Black, Griffin Schaub and Grant Wickline all had doubles.
Keith’s Kuts and Kurls win title
West Liberty T-ball held its postseason tournament recently and saw Keith’s Kuts and Kurls claim the tournament championship by defeating Choice Properties, West Liberty Shell and West Liberty Lions Club in the title game.
