Indian Lake’s boys and girls track and field teams came away with fourth-place finishes at their own Laker Invitational on Friday.

Greenville won the boys seven-team meet with 132.5 points. Waynesfield-Goshen took second with 117.5 points, Wapakoneta came in third with 98 points and the Lakers were fourth with 86.5 points.
The Redskins claimed first in the girls meet with 138.5 points, Greenville was second with 124.8 points, Fairbanks was third with 97 points and the Lakers were fourth with 73.3 points. Calvary Christian finished eighth with 10 points.
Indian Lake’s boys set four new meet records to highlight the home team’s performance. The Lakers’ relay teams had a dominant showing, with first-place finishes coming from the 400 relay (44.4), the 800 relay (1:33) and the 1,600 relay (3:34.6). Chris Teague won the 400 (52.2), which was also a new meet record.
