Former Ohio State assistant football coach Bill Conley has created a buzz in his four years at the helm of the Ohio Dominican University program.
Conley, who spent 17 years at OSU, led the Panthers to a 10-1 record last year. They were ranked 12th in two NCAA Division II football polls.
The excitement Conley has created on the ODU campus in Columbus made a big impact on Bellefontaine senior Cam Henry, who recently decided to sign with the Panthers.
“Their coaching staff had a major impact on my decision,” said Henry, an offensive lineman. “Coach Conley coached at Ohio State for a long time and they have a lot of ex-Buckeyes on their staff. They have an outstanding program, and I wanted to be part of that.”
