Riverside pounded out 19 hits to roll past host Lima Temple Christian 14-0 in five innings Saturday.
The Pirates are now 5-5 overall and 4-2 in the NWCC.
Riverside set the tone with a six-run first inning.
Connor Cotterman had a home run and three RBI to help fuel the Pirates’ hitting attack.
Also for Riverside, Dakota Bollinger went 2-4 with two RBI, Landon Kelsey went 2-3, Dillon Roof went 3-4 with two RBI, Tyler Sanford went 3-4 with two RBI, Ty England went 2-3 with an RBI, Tyler Daniels went 2-4 with an RBI and Hunter Kreglow went 2-4 with two RBI.
Roof threw four innings of two-hit ball to get the win on the mound. Landon Kelsey pitched a hitless fifth inning for the Pirates.
Riverside is back in action today against Dayton Christian at Athletes in Action Field in Xenia.
