Riverside’s boys basketball team turned in a complete effort Friday against visiting Lima Temple Christian to come away with a convincing 53-39 Northwest Central Conference victory.
The Pirates move to 9-10 overall and are even in the NWCC at 3-3. The Pioneers drop to 4-14, 1-5.
“It’s definitely good to get a league win,” said RHS head coach Daniel Hickman. “It was our last one so it was nice to end it like that. It was a great team effort. We put four quarters of good defense together and that was great to see.”
