It is the time of season when teams hope to be clicking on all cylinders. Unfortunately for Bellefontaine’s girls hoops squad, injuries have prevented the Chiefs from finding their groove.

A make-shift lineup held up well for most of Wednesday’s game against Graham, but the inexperience showed late as the visiting Falcons rallied for a 49-43 victory in a Central Buckeye Conference crossover contest.
Bellefontaine drops to 5-8, while the Falcons move to 6-5.
The Chiefs are missing point guard Brenda Johnson because of a knee injury. Starting forward Kameren Haley returned Wednesday after sitting out a couple of games with a shoulder injury, but was limited to just a handful of minutes.
“We’ve had to play several different lineups,” said BHS head coach Brian Hogan. “We are still trying to get comfortable with each other.”
