Riverside’s girls basketball team grabbed a 45-41 win over Springfield on Saturday in the consolation game at the Bradford Holiday Tournament.
The Pirates, who fell to Bradford 56-34 on Friday, improved their record to 3-7.
Brooke Hickey led the Pirates with 16 points and Molly Harshbarger had eight points. Monica Hurley also had five points and four steals in Saturday’s game and was named to the all-tournament team.
Riverside held an 11-8 lead when the first quarter ended and the Pirates were in front 22-17 at halftime.
