Chieftain boys grab 90-47 victory to stay unbeaten on the season

Bellefontaine’s boys swim team stayed unbeaten on the season Tuesday with a 90-47 victory over Kenton in a home meet at the Hilliker YMCA.
Kenton pulled out a 75-71 win in the girls meet.
Getting wins for the BHS boys were Adam Verbsky in 200 freestyle (2:34.87) and 500 freestyle (7:05.27), Isaiah Brady in the 200 individual medley (2:22.58) and 100 butterfly (1:05.12), Josh Robbins in the 50 freestyle (28.49), Cayden DeMent in the 100 freestyle (1:05.63) and 100 breaststroke (1:25.57), the 200 medley relay team of DeMent, Verbsky, Brady and Robbins (2:08.27) and the 400 freestyle relay team of Verbsky, Robbins, Dement and Brady (4:19.89).
