Benjamin Logan boys look to shake off first loss

It has been some time since Benjamin Logan’s boys basketball team has started a season with this much momentum.

The Raiders (4-1) are off to their best start on the court since 2008 when they also began with a 4-1 mark. They won their first four games, including their own Tip-Off Classic, before falling to Tippecanoe on Tuesday.

Ben Logan, which also plays at Greenon on Saturday in a makeup game, is hoping to shake off Tuesday’s loss and get back into the win column Friday at home against Graham.

“We are pleased with our start,” said Ben Logan head coach Dave Myers. “We play six guys and they all contribute. They are great kids and we are excited about winning. Even in our loss to Tippecanoe, there were a lot of positives.
