Bellefontaine faces task of slowing down potent Shawnee squad
Bellefontaine’s football team got back to the basics this week.
Having allowed nearly 900 rushing yards in back-to-back losses to Tippecanoe and Kenton Ridge, the Chieftains have devoted a large amount of practice time to practicing fundamentals.
“We’ve certainly been working on tackling,” said BHS head coach Toby Smith. “We have went back to working on the fundamentals of good tackling. We have to do the little things a lot better if we want to get stops.”
