Benjamin Logan and Riverside’s girls golf teams competed in the Division II sectional tournament at Weatherwax Golf Course in Xenia on Monday, but neither team was able to advance any individuals to the next stage of the postseason.
The top four teams and top four individuals not on a qualifying team advance to next week’s district tournament.
The Raiders’ Morgan Fultz finished 15th as an individual with a score of 95. She carded a 51 on the front nine and posted a 44 on the back nine. Teammate Brittany Smucker also competed and finished with a 160 for 18 holes.
Riverside’s Monica Hurley recorded a 119 and Bailey Leonard carded a 143.
Chaminade-Juienne won the Division II district tournament with a 342, Alter won a tiebreaker over Carroll for third with 386s and Kenton Ridge grabbed the final qualifying spot with a 387.
