A total of 23 cars were on hand to compete in the street stock 51 lapper. Josh Sage emerged from a three-car battle at the finish line and edged James Harding to post his first win in street stocks.
The race was advertised to pay $551 to the winner, but track owner Linda Young boosted the winning total to $1,051 as a result of the full field of cars. Local Amsoil dealer Dave Beers kicked in another $100 making Sage’s total winnings $1,151.
