The full moon in the background made for a great night of racing for Bellefontaine's Justin Durflinger. Justin won his second feature in a row at Waynesfield Raceway Park in his Fat Boy's Pizza sponsored Prelude.

Durflinger held off Harvey Yoder to grab the checkered flag in his compacts feature. Korey Critchfield took third, Jordan Iiams was fourth and Jeff Zwiebel finished fifth.

The evening began with the makeup feature for the mini-sprints. Tyler Moore grabbed the early lead before Lee Underwood took over out front on the fifth lap. Moore eventually regained the lead and held on for the victory. Underwood, Becca Stiefel, Mike Helterbran and Tyler Street rounded out the top five.

The sprint invaders and pro sprints then took to the track, with Brandon Wimmer took the win. Max Stambaugh was second, Greg Wilson finished third, J.R. Stewart finished fourth and Butch Schroeder was fifth.

The trucks feature was marred by an opening lap crash. Contact with another truck sent Terry Klopfenstein upside down. In a race filled with cautions, Jerry Sawmiller outlasted the field to get the win. He was followed in the top five by Mike Sawmiller, Roy Miller, Brian Beach and Bill Keeler.

For the modifieds, Matt Westfall held on down the stretch for the win. Zach Schroeder was second, Nick Katterhenry finished third, Casey Luedeke was fourth and Jim Szekacs was fifth.

The mini-sprints then ran their second feature of the night, Ricky Taylor earned the checkered flag. Rod Henning was second, Tyler Moore finished third, Tyler Ransbottom was fourth and Adam Treadway finished fifth.

Racing returns to Waynesfield on Saturday.
