Jordan Sosby was an important piece of the Benjamin Logan golf team’s success last fall. Now, the Raider standout will look to be a difference maker at the college level after signing to play at Urbana University.
“It has a small campus, which I liked, and the professors know you,” said Sosby. “It’s been a goal of mine to play college golf since I started playing. The golf coach they have is really good. I also saw that I could probably play as soon as I get there. Overall, it was just a good fit for me.”
A four-year letterwinner, Sosby helped lead Ben Logan to three Central Buckeye Conference Mad River division titles and was a first-team all-league player twice.
“Jordan is a very talented golfer,” said Ben Logan head coach Shawn Bechtel. “He is a hard worker, a good kid and always has fun. He has meant a lot to our program over the years. Urbana will be lucky to have him on their team.
