Chieftain boys look to shoot back at Arrows

In what has been an up-and-down season, Bellefontaine’s boys basketball team will attempt to end the home portion of its schedule on a high note Friday.

The Chiefs host Tecumseh in their home finale and hope to build some late-season momentum as the sectional tournament approaches.

Bellefontaine is also looking for some revenge after the Arrows pulled out a 41-38 win over Bellefontaine in early January.

“We lost a tough one down there and I expect Tecumseh to be ready to play again on Friday,” said Bellefontaine head coach Henry Stolly. “Coach (Roger) Culbertson always has his kids prepared. They are going to be aggressive on both ends of the court.”
