West Liberty-Salem’s girls basketball team pulled out a 57-51 overtime win against host Northeastern Thursday in Ohio Heritage Conference action.
The Tigers are now 7-12 overall and 6-5 in the OHC. The Jets drop to 3-16, 2-10.
Northeastern led 25-20 at halftime, but WL-Salem went on a 12-5 run in the third quarter. That pushed the Tigers out to a 32-30 advantage.
The Jets were able to edge the Tigers 17-15 in the fourth quarter to tie the game at 47-47 at the end of regulation.
