Ben Logan boys pick up bowling win over Falcons


Benjamin Logan’s boys bowling team grabbed a 2,544-2,433 victory over host Graham Tuesday at Coral Lanes in a Central Buckeye Conference match.

The Falcons won the girls match 2,368-2,028.

For the Ben Logan boys, David Miller rolled 231 and 174 games for a 405 series, Garrett Ashcraft had games of 188 and 212 for a 400 series, Logan Wenger rolled games of 184 and 207 for a 391 series and Josh Wiley added games of 179 and 193 for a 372 series.

Leading the Raider girls were Danielle Jones with a 207 game and Deanndra Carpenter with a 157 game.

Kenton Ridge bowlers zap Bellefontaine

Kenton Ridge’s boys and girls bowling teams swept host Bellefontaine in a Central Buckeye Conference match Tuesday at T-P Lanes.

The Cougars won the boys match 2,590-2,438 and took the girls match 2,217-2,089.

Roman Miller led the Chieftain boys with games of 190 and 188 for a 378 series, while Devin Legge had a 200 game and Cody Hullinger added a 188 game.

The Chieftain girls saw Peighton Wagoner roll 160 and 192 games for a 352 series and Sierra Rhoades roll 163 and 179 games for a 342 series.

In junior varsity action, Kenton Ridge topped the BHS boys 2,037-1,947 and tied the BHS girls 1,566-1,566.

Dylan Legge paced the Chieftain boys with a 167 game and 329 series and Adam Williams had a 171 game and 313 series.

Hannah Hall led the BHS girls with a 245 series and Christina Kinchen had a 136 game.
