Former coach faces rebuilding in return
As it did the last time there was a vacancy in the football program, Riverside turned to a familiar face to fill the spot Tuesday night.
Tim McGill, who led the Pirates from 2000 until 2003, was tabbed as John Graher’s replacement during Riverside’s board of education meeting.
“I have always been interested in getting back into coaching,” said McGill. “I don’t think you ever lose that love of the game. I felt like this was a good time for me and my family to come back. I am excited to work with the young men again.”
