The Chieftain boys came away with a third-place finish, while the BHS girls earned a sixth-place finish.

“The teams did a great job throughout the entire meet,” said BHS head coach Sharon Gase. “I am, as always, very proud of the team. This was already a tough meet based on competition level, but to come out and fight through a meet after a nine-day break from swimming, this showed a lot of strength and mental toughness. Finishing where we did at this meet is a great sign for the rest of our season.”

Tippecanoe won the girls meet with 304 points, Springfield Catholic Central was second with 242 points, Springfield was third with 186 points and Bellefontaine was fourth with 154 points. Benjamin Logan took 10th with seven points and Indian Lake was 11th with four points.
