Benjamin Logan’s wrestling team went 2-0 at a tri-meet Thursday night, and in the process surpassed the 200th dual meet victory mark in program history.
The Raiders defeated host West Carrollton 42-30 and topped Fairborn 48-30.
“Because of injury, scheduling conflicts and other factors we were forced to give up five weight classes,” said Ben Logan head coach Tony Grant. “We were down 30-0 before we got off the bus. We wrestled tough and had to have pins to make up the difference for the voids. Every match we won was by either a pin or forfeit.”
Going 2-0 for Ben Logan with two pins were Ryan Sheeley (145), Robby Eleyet (160), Alec Felty (182) and Beau Harmon (285).
Finishing 2-0 with one pin were Connor Stewart (113), Caleb Houser (120) and Russ Hites (138).
Ben Logan travels to Triad on Wednesday for a tri-meet with the Cardinals and Marion Pleasant.
