BL boys use late comeback to edge W-Goshen

Sosby, Greene lead Raiders to second straight win

Benjamin Logan’s boys basketball team overcame a 10-point deficit with five minutes remaining in the game to beat host Waynesfield-Goshen 54-53 in a non-league contest Saturday night.

The Raiders, who defeated Greenon on Friday, are now 3-2 on the season.

Ben Logan led 26-24 at halftime, but the Tigers outscored the Raiders 16-9 in the third quarter to move in front 40-35.

The Tigers’ lead grew to 10 points in the final period, but Ben Logan stormed back to grab the victory.
