Hilliker swim team competes in Springfield meet

The Hilliker Heat swim team finished seventh out of 10 teams in the combined standings at the SPY Invitational last weekend in Springfield.

The girls finished fifth individually and the boys team was eighth.

For the girls in the open division, Megan Barthauer was seventh in the 400 individual medley and Molly Schulz took 19th in the 200 backstroke,

In the 7-8 age group, Mia Stallard placed fourth in the 25 freestyle, fourth in the 25 butterfly, sixth in the 25 backstroke and 14th in the 25 breaststroke, Sarah Fulmer took fifth in the 25 backstroke, sixth in the 25 butterfly, seventh in the 25 freestyle and 17th in the 25 breaststroke and Morgan Henry finished second in the 25 backstroke and third in the 25 butterfly.
