Graham edges WL-Salem girls

Host Graham pulled out a 42-40 win over West Liberty-Salem in a non-league girls basketball game Tuesday night.

The Tigers fall to 0-2 on the season.

Melany Ward led the Tigers with 13 points. Taylor Day had 10 points, Maria Daulton scored seven points and Alandra Cox added five points.

Lindsay Black scored a game-high 22 points for Graham (2-0).

WL-Salem returns to action Thursday at Riverside.
