The tie moves the Raiders to 5-6-2 overall and 1-5-2 in the CBC, while the Lakers are now 1-9-1, 0-7-1.
Both teams battled back-and-forth Wednesday and had several close shots miss the back of the net, but neither team was able to score.
“We were in control much of the game, created a lot of opportunities and had 24 shots,” said Ben Logan girls head coach Dave Evans. “That said, they had the best look of the night. Dana (VanBuskirk) made a fantastic save and pushed it off of the top post to keep it scoreless. Considering the field conditions, I thought both teams played well.”
