Indian Lake scored two fourth-quarter touchdowns Saturday to rally for a 28-24 victory over rival Bellefontaine in a football game that was postponed Friday because of lightning.
Bellefontaine led 17-7 at halftime and 24-14 after three quarters. However, Indian Lake used a 1-yard TD run from Chris Teague 3:54 left and a 1-yard TD run from L.J. Henderson with 42 seconds left to take the lead.
The Chiefs were unable to do anything on their final possession as the Lakers held on for the win.
Indian Lake moves to 2-3 on the season and the Chiefs fall to 1-3.
Bellefontaine had 303 rushing yards, but was hurt by five turnovers.
Indian Lake ran for 190 yards, with Chris Teague finishing with 143 yards on the ground.
