Bellefontaine’s girls tennis team snapped a five-match losing streak Wednesday by beating visiting Kenton Ridge 3-2 in Central Buckeye Conference action.

The Chiefs improve to 4-8 overall and 3-7 in the CBC.
“We mixed things up a bit in our lineup and it seemed to give us a little bit of a spark,” said BHS head coach Jim Stein. “The girls played a nice match.”
Bellefontaine shuffled its lineup, moving Kenzie Collinsworth from first singles to first doubles and shifting Madeline Houser and Kiersten Daum up a spot in the singles order. Hannah Weimer moved from doubles to play third singles.
