Lakers, Cavaliers tied 7-7 at halftime

Second half to be played at 4 p.m. today

Indian Lake’s football team battled host Lehman Catholic to a 7-7 tie at halftime Friday before the game was postponed because of lightning.

The contest resumes at 4 p.m. today.

After a scoreless first quarter, both teams found paydirt in the second quarter.

The Cavaliers scored first on a 1-yard touchdown run by John Husa for a 7-0 lead. The Lakers tied the game on a 1-yard TD punch by Montel Morgan, making the score 7-7.
