Raiders improve record to 3-0

Benjamin Logan’s girls soccer team continued its outstanding start to the season Wednesday by edging Stebbins 1-0 in a Central Buckeye Conference game.

The win improves the Raiders to 3-0 on the season.

After a scoreless first half, freshman Kenzie Heater scored with about eight minutes left in the game to give Ben Logan a 1-0 edge. Lauren Oglesbee provided the assist.

The Raiders kept Stebbins out of the net the rest of the way to preserve the win.

Defensively, Dana Van Buskirk recorded six saves to earn her second shutout of the season.

Ben Logan travels to Kenton Ridge on Wednesday in a CBC matchup.

Triad falls to Southeastern

Triad’s girls soccer team lost to visiting Southeastern 5-0 on Tuesday in an Ohio Heritage Conference contest.

The Cardinals are 0-1 on the season.

Triad hosts Northeastern today in another OHC meeting.
