Tinsley competes in national meet Indian Lake graduate Brittany Tinsley concluded an outstanding junior cross country season for North Carolina State on Monday with a solid effort in the NCAA Championships. Tinsley finished in a time of 21:30.1 on the 6K course. She placed 91st, which was second on the team behind senior Angelina Blackman (63rd, 21:16.2). The former Indian Lake star helped the Wolfpack finish 29th in the team standings. Stanford won the women’s team title, while Oregon, Florida State, Arizona State and Michigan State rounded out the top five. |
