Tinsley finishes 10th at pre-nationals

Brittany Tinsley led her North Carolina State women's cross country team with a 10-place finish in the recent NCAA Pre-Nationals at Terre Haute, Ind.

Tinsley, a former distance running star at Indian Lake, recorded a time of 20:38 on the 6K course.

NC State and Tinsley are back in action Oct. 27 in the Atlantic Coast Conference championships.
