• Troy Scott Crabtree, 47, of 234 E. Harrison, Lot C-14, Lakeview, was arrested for public intoxication around 4 a.m. Monday after Cheryl Carmen, 48, of Lot E-13, called to report that someone was attempting to break into the back window of the home. She reports the two had an argument earlier in the day and he was coming to harass her. Mr. Crabtree stated he was concerned and attempting to check on her.

He was arrested because troopers of the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol picked him up walking on State Route 235 earlier the same night and had told him to stay home.

• Dustin N. Melson, 18, of 8967 Court St., Lakeview, was issued a summons for underage consumption around 1 a.m. Thursday after deputies made a traffic stop on County Road 130 at County Road 57 of a car in which he was a passenger. They found an open beer can in the car, which he admitted was his. There was no evidence the driver had been drinking.

• Nicole R. Boltz, 17, of 319 State Route 708, Russells Point, was issued a citation for driving without a license around 1 a.m. Thursday after deputies pulled her over on County Road 130 at County Road 57. She was northbound in a car with its high beams on and failed to dim them when a southbound deputy signaled for her to.
