Intoxicated man knocks on door

Delbert Kyle Day, 22, of 8937 Cresent St., Lakeview, was arrested around 5 a.m. Tuesday for public intoxication after a woman reported he exited her garage before knocking on her door and leaving.

Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office located him at Woodlawn Avenue and Cresent Street where he began cursing at deputies. He was placed under arrest and resisted being put in the cruiser and damaged the window by kicking it. He continued to be very combative on the way to the Logan County Jail where he was lodged.

Window broken overnight

Penny L. Potrafke, 52, of 6763 County Road 21, of Lewistown, reported Sunday that she heard glass breaking around 3:15 a.m., but thought her dogs had broken something. She awoke to find a window had been broken with a rock. She reports seeing a suspicious vehicle drive by her home around 1:30 a.m.
